jitben's Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jitben platform and its users. jitben is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, sports betting, slot games and live casino services to Bangladeshi users.

By accessing this platform, creating an account or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

In these Terms, "platform" refers to jitben's website, mobile application and all associated digital channels. "User" refers to any person who accesses this platform or uses its services.

Account Registration

To open an account on jitben, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Registering with false or incorrect information is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jitben follows an identity verification process to ensure secure transactions. The following documents may be requested at the time of a withdrawal request or in any situation that raises concern:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If documents are not submitted or verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the support team immediately. jitben will not be responsible for any consequences arising from sharing your account details with others.

Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on jitben and use any of its services, users must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

There are additional eligibility requirements for using this platform:

• The user must be a resident of Bangladesh
• No previous account must have been cancelled or banned
• Must use a personal account (playing on behalf of others is prohibited)
• Must be of sound mind and playing of their own free will

Users may sometimes develop a tendency toward excessive gambling. Read the responsible gaming policy to protect yourself and use the self-control tools available if needed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on jitben can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• You must use a mobile wallet registered in your own name before making a deposit
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Keep the transaction ID for every transaction

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Once funds are in your account, if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, only the original deposit amount can be withdrawn. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fully met.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual, jitben reserves the right to hold it until an investigation is completed. Accounts linked to money laundering or fraud will be cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and Promotions

jitben offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

5.1 Bonus Example

Say you deposit ৳1,000 — you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active
• A bonus will only be given once per account
• Taking bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited
• If any fraudulent activity related to bonuses is proven, all winnings and balances will be forfeited

5.3 Promotional Offers

jitben regularly publishes various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are published alongside it. If the terms of a specific offer conflict with these general Terms, the terms of that specific offer will apply.

VIP Program

jitben's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

6.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 How Cashback Is Calculated

Weekly cashback is based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example — a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6.3 VIP Benefits

Higher VIP tiers come with benefits including a dedicated account manager, faster withdrawal processing and special promotional offers, among others.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on jitben:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• A bet will not be accepted if funding has not been completed
• All pre-match bets will close before the event begins
• If a bet is recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error, jitben reserves the right to cancel it

7.2 If a Match Is Abandoned or Postponed

If an event is not completed or results are not published within the scheduled time, the bets on that event will be cancelled and the original stake returned. However, for partially completed events, the rules specific to that sport will be followed.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

jitben's slot and live casino games are operated under the rules of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, etc.). If there is a software error in a game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the stake returned.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:

• Betting using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to guarantee profit by betting on both sides of the same bet (arbitrage)
• Placing or having bets placed on another person's account
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a game
• Betting on the same event from multiple accounts within the same household or network

Account Suspension and Cancellation

jitben reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms
• Registration using false or incomplete information
• Evidence of fraudulent activity found on the account
• Misuse of bonus benefits
• Upon court order or at the request of a government authority

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Users may impose a temporary or permanent restriction on their own account if they wish. Please contact the support team regarding this. Once self-exclusion is active, no new bets can be placed under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

jitben provides the platform on an "as is" basis. jitben will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection
• Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers
• Loss caused by sharing your own account details
• Service disruption during unplanned system maintenance
• Financial loss arising from the user's own betting or gaming decisions

It is our primary responsibility to keep the personal information you provide during registration at jitben safe and secure. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

For significant changes, registered users may be notified by email or through a notification on the platform. However, it is ultimately the user's own responsibility to stay aware of any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
